Your Glow Guide
Do you have an intro offer?
Yes we do, our intro offer is 3 classes for CHF99 which must be used within a month.
As a beginner, which class should I take?
If it’s your first time trying Reformer or you’re still very new to Reformer we recommend trying our Glow & Grow class before moving on to our Glow & Flow class or our Glow & Restore, however, these are also suitable for all levels.
Do I need grip socks or any equipment??
Yes, grip socks are mandatory for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, no worries – they are available for purchase at the studio.
What are your cancellation policies?
You can cancel a class free of charge up to 12 hours before it begins. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, your credit will be deducted unless you provide a medical certificate.
Are there lockers, changing rooms and showers?
We don’t have showers, but we do have a cozy little makeshift changing room if you need it.
How long before class should I arrive?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class.
